USING VIDEO CHAT TO SEE THE INSTRUMENT （視頻選琴）
Due to the huge demand, we decide to launch the video call service to help music enthusiasts to pick the instruments before they made the decision. In this way, they can have a very closer look and hear the instruments that they are interested. And our teachers will also be happy to answer the questions during the meeting.
Please understand that video chat is a complicate and time-consuming process. It not only takes lots of human resource, but also over time work because of the time gape. Therefore, to make it work, we set the following rules:
- Currently, we can only provide the video call service for the instruments, whose value is more than CAD 1500. 目前我們只為價值CAD1500以上的樂器提供視頻選琴服務
- Please contact us to make an appointment, and we will do our best to set a meeting that fits both sides schedule. 請聯繫我們，預約視頻選琴的時間
- The meeting will applyed via Wechat or Zoom. 視頻採用微信或ZOOM
- Each meeting is limited to no more than 30 minutes. 每次視頻時間不超過30分鐘
- Some of our music teachers might can only speak Mandarin. Please be prepared. 視頻的老師有可能只能通過普通話交流
